FINISSAGE
De tekeningen werden op de plechtige finissage, op maandag 21 maart 2005 om 13:33 uur plaatselijke tijd (het begin van de astronomische lente) aan het compostvat in de achtertuin overgedragen.
On Monday March 21, 2005, 13:33 h Central European time, (the beginning of the astronomic spring) the solemn finissage of the show took place: all drawings were transferred to the compost bin in the back garden.
Om het composteringsproces te vergemakkelijken werden de tekeningen geprepareerd. Een in de schuur geïnstalleerde papierversnipperaar luidde het omzettingsproces in.
To enhance the decomposition process, the drawings were prepared. A paper shredder installed in the shed marked the beginning of the conversion process.
B. TERAARDEBESTELLING/INTERMENT
Bij dit plechtig ceremonieel waren geen bezoekers aanwezig. Een webcam legde het ritueel vast. De wereldgemeenschap kon de teraardebestelling bijwonen via het internet. 125 personen logden in op de webcam.
No visitors were allowed to attend this solemn ceremony. A webcam registered the ritual. The world community could witness the interment on the internet. 125 persons logged in on the webcam.
