CONTEXT: Introduction of the project & prognosis of its short & long term effects, published in Rotterdam, April 1997. PEELING FOR THE ARTS was a public service as part of the Dutch-Canadian cultural exchange project 'ReBOUNCE<Victoria'. Cooperation with Canadian artist Annette Witteman and photographer Jay Papik. Location: The sidewalk in front of the 'Villa Alckmaer', Westersingel 83, Rotterdam. Phase 1: Public peel-action, Queensday, April 30, 1997. Phase 2: Open-air portrait gallery, May 7 to 11, 1997.

TECHNIQUE: Laserprint on apple-green paper, 4 black-and-white images, A-5 size, 4 pages.

EDITION: 50 copies.
